Women’s Hoops Hosts Carnegie Mellon, Case Western Reserve

 • UP NEXT Carnegie Mellon and Case Western Reserve come to town this weekend and are the final two University Athletic Association (UAA) opponents that the Bears have yet to see this season. The Red & Green remain unbeaten after facing five of seven teams in the UAA. Case Western Reserve currently boasts the second best UAA mark with a 4-1 record.

PREVIOUS HISTORY WashU is 58-3 all-time against Carnegie Mellon, and has won 51 consecutive contests. The Bears are 49-1 against the Spartans including 11 straight wins.

200 WIN MILESTONE Head coach Randi Henderson reached the 200 win milestone during the Bears 76-61 win over New York this past Friday before bypassing the mark with her 201st career win against Brandeis on Sunday, 101-67. She has an overall record of 201-114 (.638) career record in 12 seasons: two at WashU (30-13), nine at Coe (155-91) and one at Minnesota Morris (16-10).

• 1000 POINT CLUB Senior forward Madeline Homoly became just the 14th individual in WashU women's basketball program history to reach 1,000 career points. She has averaged 15.7 points per game in 72 games played in her career and has totaled 1,132 career points. Homoly is 12 points shy of moving into ninth place.

• DISHING THE ROCK On Dec. 30, WashU beat North Central College 78-66 as senior guard Becca Clark-Callender became first Bear in more than two years to reach double figures in assists during a game. She reached double digits in assists again during WashU's 101-67 win at Brandeis and in the process moved into 10th place all-time in career assists. Clark-Callender has accumulated 299 assists.
